Kashna Niwas is a familiar building to those of us who work here. Nehru-Nagar is a decent area, and being in Roha gives us a bit of that Raigad character. It’s not a flashy corporate headquarters. It’s more of a functional space where we can get our work done. The building itself has its quirks, like any older place. We’ve grown fond of them. The commute for some of us involves the local transport, which can be an adventure in Maharashtra. We don’t have a big PR department or anything like that. We just focus on our day-to-day tasks. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and files, but we know where everything is. It feels more like a workshop or a local hub than a cold office. People stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask for directions. We are just part of the Nehru-Nagar neighborhood. Being in Roha-Raigad means we are close to the industries but still have that small-town feel. It’s a good balance for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way at Kashna Niwas. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls. It’s just desks and chairs and us.
