Our office is located over in Flat No. 6 of Building No. 4/A within the Bhaktisagar Co-Operative Housing Society. It is in the Dhatav area of Roha, which is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the bigger cities. We focus on food ingredients and different kinds of colors used in making food. It’s a small operation. Most of the work involves keeping track of orders and talking to suppliers. Because we are in a housing society, it feels more like a home than a big corporate office. We have desks set up and papers everywhere. The kitchen is usually busy with someone making tea. We started this because there was a need for these specific types of ingredients in this part of the region. It isn’t always easy getting things delivered out here to Roha, but we’ve figured out the routes over time. Some of the colors we handle are quite specific and require a lot of documentation. We spend a good chunk of our afternoon just filling out forms and checking batches. The neighbors know us, and it’s a pretty friendly atmosphere. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but that’s just life in Dhatav. We aren't trying to be anything huge, just a reliable place where people can get the food stuff they need for their own businesses or factories nearby. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and we wouldn't have it any other way right now.
