We set up our office in Kharghar at Bhoomiraj Woods. It’s Flat A5/301 on Plot 55 in Sector 20. Kharghar is a nice part of Navi Mumbai because it has a bit more space and some trees, hence the name of the building. Our office is on the third floor, so it’s an easy climb if the lift is busy. The space itself is quite modest. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and a table in the middle for meetings that usually end up being about what we’re going to order for lunch. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the carpet is a bit worn in the spots where we roll our chairs, but it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We get a decent amount of light through the windows, which helps keep the mood up when we’re buried in advisory work. Sector 20 is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We aren't part of some big corporate chain; we’re just a small LLP trying to do our work properly. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits and how we like our tea. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We don’t have any fancy signs or a lobby, just a doorbell and a welcome mat that’s seen better days. It’s our little corner of Mumbai City.
