Neelkanth Industrial Estate is where you'll find our operations. It’s out in Village Dhamani, which is part of Taluka Khalapur. Being right on the main road is helpful for the logistics side of things, even if it gets really loud with all those heavy trucks passing by at all hours. We deal with food and beverages, mostly focusing on what we can produce with the space we have available. The facility is quite large but it’s mostly filled with storage racks and production lines. It’s not a quiet place at all. There’s always someone moving a pallet or checking one of the machines. We have a small office near the main entrance where we keep the paperwork, but most of us are usually out on the floor. It’s hot work during the summer months, especially in this part of the country where the sun is unforgiving. We don't have a big corporate culture or fancy meetings. We’re just a group of people trying to get things done without too much fuss. The village nearby is where most of our workers come from. It’s a bit of a commute for some, but they make it every day. We don’t have any grand plans to change the world. We just want to keep the production running and make sure the local distributors get their stock on time. It's a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way.
