Digontika Foods & Beverages Private Limited

We started Digontika Foods & Beverages Private Limited in Flat B/401 at Pushpa Ganga. This is in Sector 9 of Kamothe, which is out in Navi Mumbai. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main city, which is why we like it. Plot 44 is easy to find if you know the sector. The flat isn't very big, so we’ve had to be smart about how we use the space. One room is full of boxes and the other is where we keep the computers and the printer. My wife helps with the paperwork when she has time. It’s a real family-run feel here. Most of our neighbors know what we’re doing and they don't mind the occasional delivery truck coming by. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of people who come in to help with the packing and the accounts. The balcony has some plants that are struggling a bit, but they add some color to the place. We do all our planning from this kitchen table or the small desks we squeezed in. It’s a lot of work running a food business from a flat, but it keeps our costs down. We just want to do honest work and get our products out to the local markets. Kamothe is growing fast, so it’s a good place for us to be right now.
