CANDID ADVISORS LLP is located inside the NRI Complex in Seawoods Estates. We are in Building 2, flat 801. If you've ever been around sectors 54, 56, or 58 in Nerul, you know it’s a fairly large and well-known area. Working from the NRI Complex is a bit different than a standard office building since it feels more like a home environment. We like it that way because it keeps things relaxed while we deal with advisory work. It’s usually pretty calm around here, which helps when you need to concentrate on complex details. We started this group because we wanted to offer advice that was actually useful and not just full of jargon. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but the view from the 8th floor makes up for it. We handle a lot of different requests from people around Thane and Navi Mumbai. It’s not about being the biggest firm out there; it’s just about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the changing rules in our field. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a while now. We don't have a big reception desk, just our workspace where we get things sorted. It works for us and our clients seem to appreciate the directness.
