We are Bhushan Steel Ltd. and we are based in Khopoli, in the Raigad district of Maharashtra. Being in Khopoli means we are right in the heart of an industrial belt. It’s a town that knows a lot about hard work and factories. Our office here is where we manage the steel side of things. It’s often quite hot and the air feels like there’s industry nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of Raigad. We don't have a fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our records and talk to customers. There’s always a bit of dust because of the nature of the steel business. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to sort out logistics or checking on production. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know the local transporters and how to get things moved. We don't talk much about missions or values; we just focus on getting the steel from point A to point B without too many headaches. Khopoli is a busy place, and we are just one part of the machinery here.
