Bhushan Steel Limited

We are located out in Khopoli, which is a place known for its industries and the hills nearby. Bhushan Steel Limited has its setup here, and it is a very functional site. The weather can be quite unpredictable, especially during the monsoon when it pours down and everything gets a bit muddy. But the work doesn't stop because of a little rain. The facility is mostly about the machines and the steel we handle every day. It is loud, and there is always the smell of metal and grease in the air. We don't have a big marketing team or a reception desk that looks like a hotel. It is just us in our work gear, making sure everything is running. Sometimes the commute into Khopoli can be a bit of a hassle with the trucks on the highway, but once you are here, it is all about the task at hand. We have our routines, like the tea man who comes by in the afternoon. That is usually the only quiet time we get. The rest of the day is filled with the sound of loading and unloading. We focus on the physical stuff. If you are looking for something polished and corporate, this isn't it. We are just a local bunch of people working with steel in this part of the world. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
