Axelius Institute of Management is located in Kharghar. We are in Flat 503 of the President CHS, which sits on Plot 28/29. Kharghar is a bit different from the rest of Navi Mumbai because it’s wider and feels a bit more open. Our office is essentially a home base for managing our various programs. It’s not a massive campus with hundreds of rooms. Instead, it’s a focused environment where we handle the administrative side of things and meet with people. The building is standard for the area, and the neighbors are mostly families. We like it this way because it keeps things quiet when we need to concentrate. Sometimes we go down to the local shops for a break. The Raigarh district air is a little fresher than in the city center. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. There are files everywhere and a few computers running all day. We don’t really go in for the corporate aesthetic. It’s more about getting the job done and making sure everything runs smoothly for the institute. People usually call us first because finding specific plots in Kharghar can be tricky for newcomers. We’ve been here for a while now and have watched the area grow around us. It’s a simple, honest place where we put in our hours and try to stay on top of our management tasks. No bells or whistles, just a regular office in a regular society.
