AVISHAMA CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation run out of Raghunath Vihar. Specifically, we are in the J-405 section of the A.W.H.O complex in Sector 14, Kharghar. It’s a residential area, which makes the work environment pretty peaceful. Since this is an (OPC), it’s mostly just me and a couple of helpers when things get busy. I’ve lived and worked around Navi Mumbai for a long time. Setting up the office here felt like the right move because it’s close to home and easy to manage. The space is filled with books and various files from different consulting jobs I’ve taken on. I don’t really go in for the polished corporate look. It’s more of a home-office feel where you can actually sit down and think. Most of my clients are people I’ve met through various networks over the years. They know I work from here and they don’t mind. We usually talk over the phone or meet at a local cafe if we need a change of scenery. It’s a very direct way of working without any middleman. Kharghar is growing so fast, and being in Sector 14 puts me right in the middle of it. I handle the paperwork, the planning, and everything else myself. It's hard work sometimes, but it’s honest. I just try to provide decent advice to anyone who asks. That is really the core of what happens here.
