We’re located in Gala No. H-3, 4, 5, and 6 at the Balaji Industrial Park in Tondre. It’s right next to the Hindalco plant in Taloja, so it’s a very industrial area. Aqualife Beverages isn’t a place with carpets and quiet offices. It’s a working facility with machines running and people moving around in boots. We have several galas joined together to give us enough room for everything. The noise from the nearby factories is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. We don't have a PR team or a bunch of people in suits. We have people who know how to run a bottling line and load a truck. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when it’s hot outside and everyone wants something to drink. We don't talk about excellence or innovation much. We just talk about getting the bottles filled and the orders out the door. The floor is usually wet in places, and there are always pallets being moved around. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the equipment, but we know where everything is. We don't host many visitors, but when we do, they see a real factory in action. We’re just a group of people working in Taloja, trying to keep up with the demand. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We focus on the daily output and making sure the machines keep running until the shift is over.
