Our facility is out in the MIDC Patalganga area, specifically at Plot No A 21/1, 2, and 3. It’s a big industrial zone in Taluka Khalapur. Working here at Aje India means being surrounded by other factories and lots of trucks going in and out. The air usually smells like whatever is being made nearby by the other companies. We have a few plots joined together, so there’s a fair amount of walking from one side to the other. It’s mostly loud machines and people in uniforms doing their shifts. We spend our time making sure the production lines are running like they should. It’s not a quiet place at all, especially during the middle of the day. The commute out to Khalapur can be quite long depending on where you live. We have a small canteen where we eat our lunch and talk about things other than work. The heat from the machines makes it pretty warm inside, even when the big fans are on. We deal with a lot of pallets and heavy lifting throughout the day. It’s a tough job but it’s steady work. We’ve been at this Patalganga location for years now. The district is full of places like ours, just pushing out products day and night. It’s a lot of routine, but that’s just how factory life goes for us. We keep the gates open and keep working until the job is done.
