37Dilectus Consulting (Opc) Private Limited is out in New Panvel. We are in D104 at the Neelambari CHS. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you’re coming from the main city. We are located at Plot No. 45, Hissa No. 8A in the Sukapur area of Shillottar Raichur. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood in the Raigarh district. Our office is basically a converted flat in the housing society. It’s got a very homey feel, which we like. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls, just some calendars and some notes pinned up. The area is still developing, so there’s a lot of open space and fresh air compared to downtown. We spend our days working on consulting projects and managing the paperwork that comes with it. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the door. It’s a very different vibe from a typical office building. We’ve got our desks set up in the main room and a small kitchen for making tea. Most of our work happens online anyway, so being out here in Sukapur isn't a problem. It’s a peaceful place to get work done without too many distractions. We’re just a small operation doing our thing in this corner of Maharashtra, focusing on the tasks that come across our desks each day.
