Shiv Kumar Patil Engineers & Contractors operates out of No.1-10-73 in Azadnagar, Raichur. It is more of a home office than a corporate building. We have the equipment parked nearby when it is not out at a site. Raichur can get incredibly hot, so we usually try to get the outdoor work done early in the morning. Shiv Kumar Patil started this thing a while back, and we just keep going. We do not have a team of hundreds. It is just a few dedicated people who know how to handle construction and engineering tasks. We do not spend money on fancy websites or big billboards. Most of the people we work for are local. They know the address in Azadnagar. We spend a lot of our time out on the field, checking on things and making sure the workers have what they need. Back at the office, it is mostly just paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. It is a simple way of running things. We do not have any complicated rules or corporate stuff. If there is a problem, we just talk about it and fix it. We are just local contractors doing what we know how to do. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice after a long day at a noisy construction site somewhere in the city.
