We are Thermax Engineering Construction Co. You can find our office at H No 2-1-172 /1 in the Androon Quila area of Raichur. Being based in Karnataka, we see a lot of different projects come through the door. It is a local business and we just handle the day-to-day construction work that comes our way. The office is right there near the old fort area. It’s a bit of an older part of town, which we actually like. We don’t really do any fancy advertising or things of that nature. People mostly just know where we are based on our reputation and how long we have been here. We have been working out of this same spot for quite some time now. Some days are really long, especially when we have a big site to manage and things get complicated. Construction involves a lot of moving parts and we just try to keep everything organized. It is not always a perfect process, but we put in the hours needed. The weather in Raichur gets pretty hot in the summer, so we usually try to start our work early. Our team is just local people who know the trade well. We have our equipment and all our paperwork in one place. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. We would much rather just focus on the actual building part of the job. We are just a regular engineering and construction outfit trying to do right by the folks who hire us.
