Jk Cement Ltd.

Our office is up on the first floor of Sangeeta Towers, right near Gandhi Circle on Lingsugar Road. Being at 11-2-61/62 puts us in a pretty central spot in town. It’s where we handle all the paperwork and coordination for the cement distribution. Even though the name Jk Cement Ltd. is big, this local branch is run by people who live right here. We spend our mornings checking the delivery schedules and making sure the bags are getting to the sites on time. It gets a bit hectic because the Lingsugar Road traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve got stacks of ledgers and a couple of computers that have seen better days, but they get the job done. People come in to settle accounts or just to see when the next shipment is arriving. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a truck is delayed, we tell people it’s delayed. We don't see the point in making up excuses. Most of the contractors who work around Gandhi Circle know us well by now. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger entries, day in and day out. We just want to make sure the supply keeps moving because builders can't wait forever. It’s a plain office, nothing fancy, just a place where we do the work and keep the cement moving through the district. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay put.
