Zoto Solutions

We are located at Ward Number- 1, right by the Purulia Bus Stand. It’s a convenient spot because almost every bus coming into the area passes by us. Zoto Solutions isn't a huge office; it’s a practical space where we handle different technical things and services. I chose this location because I wanted to be where people could reach us easily without having to search through back alleys. The room is mostly desks, computers, and a few chairs for visitors. It’s nothing like those corporate offices you see in big cities. We have papers on the desks and cables tucked away where they won't trip anyone. I spend most of my time looking at screens or fixing issues that people bring to us. It’s a lot of quiet work, interrupted by the sound of buses honking outside. Sometimes I step out to the stand to grab a tea and watch the commuters. My goal is just to keep things running for the people who rely on us. We don't do much in the way of promotion. If someone has a problem, they usually hear about us from a neighbor and stop by while they're at the bus stand anyway. It’s a decent way to work, being right in the middle of the local transport hub. We keep regular hours, and I try to finish up before the last few buses head out for the night.
