Jain Irrigation Systems Limited

Our office is up on the 3rd floor of the Shiv Shakti Complex. It’s a climb if the lift isn't working, but the view of the street isn't too bad. We spend our days thinking about water and pipes. It sounds simple but there is a lot to it. We work with farmers and people who have big gardens or fields. Jain Irrigation Systems Limited has a lot of history, but in this office, we are just a small team trying to keep things moving. We have maps spread out on tables and catalogs of different valves and sprayers. Sometimes we get a bit bogged down in the details of a specific project. It’s important to get the flow right or nothing grows. We drink a lot of chai during our meetings. It helps when we are trying to figure out a tricky layout for a field. We don't really do the flashy corporate thing. We are more about things that actually work when they are out in the sun and dirt. People come in with questions about their crops and we try to give them straight answers. It’s busy during the planting seasons and a bit quieter when the rains come. We just keep at it, year after year, right here in the complex. It’s good to see things growing because of what we do. It makes the long days feel like they were worth the effort.
