We are located at 253/4 Vivekananda Pally, right on East Lake Road here in Purulia. It’s a quiet enough part of West Bengal, and we’ve been at this address for a long time. Our work is pretty straightforward, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Most days involve being at the desk, taking care of whatever comes our way. Living and working in Purulia has its own rhythm. We know the neighbors and the people who walk by every day. The lake is nearby, which is nice when things get a little slow. We aren't a huge operation with a bunch of branches; it's just this one spot where we manage our business. We handle things as they come. If someone stops by with a question, we answer it. If there is work to be done, we do it. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we get things done. We’ve got our post code, 723101, and our routine. Sometimes the weather gets hot, and the fans stay on all day. We just keep the doors open and stay busy. People know us as Agarwal Siya Ram around here. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. We just focus on our daily tasks and being part of the community here on East Lake Road. We’ve been here so long that we’ve seen the trees along the lake grow quite a bit over the years.
