Mother Parvati Universal School

You can find us over on Law College Road in Sobran Nagar. Mother Parvati Universal School has its place right here in Purnia and we have been operating for years. It is a typical school setting where we deal with the daily ups and downs of teaching a bunch of kids. The street outside can get really crowded and loud when classes let out for the afternoon. We have a mix of different ages here in the building. Some of our rooms are a bit smaller than others, but we manage to make the space work for everyone. The staff mostly just gets on with the daily job of grading and teaching. We do not have any big corporate backers or anything like that behind us. It is a local effort through and through. We spend a lot of our time on the basic subjects like reading and math. Sometimes the weather in Purnia gets really hot and humid, and we just try to keep the fans running to stay comfortable. We see parents stopping by the office to check on things or to pay their monthly fees. It is a very hands-on kind of place to work. We have had a lot of different classes come through these halls over the years. Each year feels a bit different but the main goal is always the same.
