Little Pearl Pre Nursery School

We set up Little Pearl Pre Nursery School over on Vidyasagar Avenue a few years back. It’s a quiet part of the B Zone in Durgapur Steel Town East, which makes it a decent spot for little kids to spend their mornings. The school isn't very big, just a few rooms painted with some bright colors and some toys scattered around. We spend most of our day making sure the toddlers don't trip over themselves while they learn their ABCs. It gets quite lively when the parents drop them off around 9:00 AM. Since we are in Durgapur 713205, a lot of our neighbors work at the local plants. We have a small outdoor area where the kids run around, though it’s nothing like a huge stadium. We just have some swings and a bit of sand. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but they keep the rooms cool enough during the summer months. We don't have any fancy buses, so most parents just bring their children on scooters or walk them over if they live nearby. It’s a simple setup. We keep track of the kids, give them their snacks, and try to teach them how to share. It is a lot of work looking after small children all day, but we are used to it by now. The gate stays locked during sessions for safety, and we usually wrap things up by early afternoon.
