Junior Engineer

We’ve been here in Block-B for a while now. It’s a busy enough spot in Durgapur-1. Mostly we just get on with the day-to-day work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get things done. People around Suryasen Pally know where we are. It gets pretty warm here in the summer, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We handle various engineering tasks that come our way. Sometimes the road outside gets a bit crowded with traffic, but that’s just how it is around here. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. Just a few of us working together. We try to be practical about things. If someone stops by, we're usually in the middle of something, but we make time to talk. The building has been here for years. It's got that old-school feel. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect for photos. It’s more about the actual work on the desk. Every day is a bit different. Some days are slow, others we are running around trying to finish up. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a good place to be based. We don’t really do fancy meetings. Usually, we just sit down and figure it out as we go. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Distt-Burdwan. It works for us and the people we deal with. We don't need much.
