Zoom Computers

We have got our shop, Zoom Computers, situated on Sangavi Park Road, right near the Queens Road Cross. It is a handy spot for people traveling between the two areas. We aren't a massive chain or anything, just a local computer place that helps out the community. We deal with all sorts of tech issues, from broken laptop screens to slow software that won't behave. The shop itself is pretty straightforward and doesn't have any frills. We have some shelves with keyboards and mice, and a simple counter where we talk to folks about their tech problems. Sangavi Park Road can get quite a bit of traffic, so we see people coming in while they are on their way somewhere else. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it because it just confuses people. We just want to tell people what is wrong and how we can fix it for them. It started as a hobby for me years ago, and then it eventually turned into this shop. The walls are a bit bare and we don't have fancy furniture, but that is not really what matters here. We focus on the machines people bring in. Sometimes we have a backlog of repairs, so the back room gets a bit crowded with old towers and laptops. We like the neighborhood and the people are generally patient with us. We just open the doors and see what needs fixing.
