Zhang Properties

Zhang Properties is based out of Rajaram Apartments on Dr. Ambedkar Road. It is a quiet enough spot, right near where Siddaiaha Road cuts across. We have been at number 11 for quite a long time now. Most people who live in the building know us by name. We handle property stuff, mostly just helping folks find a small place to stay or sell their current one. The office itself is not much to look at. We have a couple of metal desks and a bunch of folders stacked up on the wooden shelves. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of clicking noise, but we do not mind it much. It is a real place with real people working inside every day. We do not wear suits unless there is a really big meeting, which honestly does not happen often. Usually, it is just jeans and regular shirts. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or just walking around the neighborhood to check on different apartment sites. It keeps us pretty busy. Dr. Ambedkar Road is a very familiar place for us. We know which shops have the best snacks and where the shortcuts are when the traffic gets heavy. We do not try to act bigger than we are. We are just a local property business trying to keep things moving. If someone walks in with a question, we try to answer it simply.
