You can find us at Bungalow No 115/5 on Elephiston Road. It is right in Kirkee Bazaar in Pune. My father, Sub Jai Singh, and the rest of the family are around this area too. The address is 411003. Working out of a bungalow gives things a more personal feel than a regular office block. We deal with property and real estate matters from here. It is a busy bazaar area, so there is always noise from the street—horns honking and people shouting. We have been here for a good while. The house is old but it stays cool in the summer because of the way it was built. We use a couple of the front rooms for the business side of things. It is a bit of a mix of home life and work life. Sometimes you will see the neighbors stopping by for a chat while we are looking at maps or contracts. We do not have a big corporate lobby. You just walk up to the gate and come in. It is a very straightforward way to do business. We know the Kirkee area like the back of our hand. It is a solid neighborhood with a lot of history. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There is always something to fix or a call to make. We like being part of the community in Kirkee.
