Yashsamruddhi Realty LLP is based out of Laxmi Sparsh in Ambegaon Khurd. We are in flat A-204. It’s more of a residential-style setup than a big glass office building. That’s just how we like it because it feels more like the community here in Pune. The Gavthan area is pretty quiet compared to the main city center. We spend our mornings going through local property listings and talking to people who live nearby. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a lot of employees, just a few of us who know the neighborhood. The address at M NO.1/322 is where you'll find us most days. Sometimes we’re out on the road looking at sites, but there’s usually someone around the flat. Ambegaon has grown a lot lately, and we’ve seen all the new buildings go up from our window. It’s a simple life running a realty business here. We don't use any fancy software or big marketing plans. We just talk to people and help them out with their housing needs. Maharashtra weather is what it is, so we usually have tea in the afternoon while we finish up our paperwork. It’s a local business through and through. We just try to keep things moving along each day without making it too complicated for everyone involved. It’s a basic way to work but it suits us well.
