Xzealer8 Llp

Xzealer8 Llp is based out of Galore Park in Bavdhan. We are in unit C 602. It’s right behind the Maratha Mandir, near the Armament area. It’s a decent spot in Pune. The building is fairly modern, but our office inside is pretty lived-in. We have been here for some time now. We aren't a huge corporation with a lot of rules. We just come in, do our work, and try to solve whatever problems come up that day. There’s usually a lot of talk about projects and maybe what we’re having for lunch. We don't have any polished mission statements on the walls. Mostly we just have notes scribbled on whiteboards and some old calendars. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to get things done. Bavdhan is a nice area, and being near the Maratha Mandir makes us easy to find if anyone is looking. We’ve got a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of sun during the day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office. It’s more like a group of friends who happen to run a business together. We make mistakes sometimes, we fix them, and we keep moving. We don't feel the need to impress anyone with big words. We just want to do a solid day’s work and then head home. That’s pretty much the vibe here at Xzealer8.
