On360Degree

We are based over at B 106 in Swapn Sankul, which is right in Rahatni Gaon. The government school is nearby, so we often hear the kids during their break times or when school lets out in the afternoon. It’s a local neighborhood, not a big business park, so things feel a bit more relaxed here at On360Degree. Our office is a simple room where we have our computers and some basic furniture. We don't have a big team, so it stays fairly quiet inside most of the time. The building itself is easy to find if you know where the school is. We’ve got some plants by the window, though they don't always get enough water when we're busy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's not something we worry about much. Most of our day is spent focusing on the screens and talking through ideas. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab a snack or a drink when we need a break. It feels like a very normal part of the community. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, someone just looks up from their desk when the door opens. It's a practical workspace that serves us well for our daily operations. We like being in Rahatni Gaon because it's convenient and feels like a real place to live and work. Things are pretty quiet here in the evenings after the shops close.
