Xena Group

Koregaon Park is a nice place to work, even if the parking is a nightmare. Our group, Xena Group, is right here among the trees and the cafes. We aren't some massive corporation with a skyscraper. We’re just a bunch of people working out of a decent space in Pune. Most of us have been together for a few years now. We do a bit of everything depending on the day. The office usually smells like coffee and old paper. We don't really have a strict dress code because it’s too hot for suits anyway. We like it here because after work you can just walk down the lane and find something to eat. We don't have a polished speech about what we do. We just take on projects and try to finish them without too many mistakes. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but usually, we try to get home before the evening traffic hits the main road. It’s a simple setup. We have desks, computers, and a small area to sit when we’re tired of looking at screens. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings come up every month it seems. But we’ve stayed in the same spot, just doing our work and minding our business. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we work with every day. It feels like a small family most of the time.
