Winstep Media Private Limited has its office in Pune, specifically in the Pashan area on Sus Road. We are located in Flat No. 8 inside the Om Shanti Complex. It’s a bit of a mix of a home and an office environment, which is how we like it. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most days unless there is a big deadline for some media project. Pune is a good city for this kind of work. We aren't in one of those huge IT parks; instead, we chose a place that feels a bit more grounded. The building is easy to find if you're driving down Sus Road. We spend our time working on digital media, videos, and that sort of thing. There’s always someone editing something or looking at a screen. We have a small team, so everyone knows what the others are doing. It's not a place for suits and ties. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable and get to work. The flat has enough room for our gear and a place to sit and have tea. Sometimes we work late if a project needs it. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just try to make sure the media we produce is what the client asked for. It's been a few years since we started here, and we've grown a bit, but we still keep things simple. We mostly get our work through word of mouth and local contacts.
