Ad Solutions

Ad Solutions is located on Bhau Patil Road in the Bopodi area. It’s a part of town that has a lot of different small businesses and shops all mixed together. Our place is right there on the main stretch. It’s not a very big space, but we have managed to set it up so everyone has a spot to work. We have some old computers and a lot of cords running across the floor that we have to be careful not to trip on. The front door sticks a bit when it rains, so you have to give it a good push. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door says hello. That is just how we do things. Bopodi can get quite busy with traffic, especially in the evenings. We usually stay late to finish up whatever we started in the morning. There is a small shop nearby where we get our tea and snacks. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we know how each other likes to do things. We don't have big meetings. We just talk across the room. It’s a simple way to run a business. We focus on the work on our desks and try to get home at a decent hour when we can. Some days are more chaotic than others, but we usually manage to get everything sorted out eventually.
