White Elephant Realties LLP is based out of Shop No. 101 on the 1st Floor of Royal Fortune in Baner Gaon. It’s a growing part of Pune and we’ve been here at SR No. 15 for a while now. Being on the first floor is handy because people can find us easily without wandering around too much. Our office is a pretty standard setup—desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders. We focus on property around the Baner area and the rest of Pune City. It’s busy work because things change fast around here. We aren't trying to sound like some big international firm. We’re just a local team that knows the streets and buildings in 411045. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people to talk about land and apartments. There’s no secret to what we do, it’s just staying on top of the local market and getting the documents filed correctly. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics. People come to us because we’re right here in the neighborhood and we know the local scene. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way for everyone who walks through the door at Royal Fortune.
