Well & Water Works

We are based over at 1088/1 on M G Road here in Pune, though we have some roots over in Vadodara too. Well & Water Works is a name we’ve used for a long time. Our place is basically a garage filled with pipes, valves, and heavy-duty wrenches. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear nice shoes because there’s usually some water on the floor or a bit of grease. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, we’re usually loading up the truck or checking the pressure gauges on new equipment. It’s hard work and it can be pretty exhausting when the weather is hot, but it’s what we know. We don’t have a secretary answering phones with a script; usually, it’s just one of us picking up with a hello and trying to hear over the traffic on M G Road. My father started this whole thing and I just kept it going. We don’t do much in terms of branding. Our reputation comes from just showing up and doing the job. Sometimes the parts we need take a week to arrive, which can be a pain, but we try to manage. It’s a straightforward business. We fix water issues and make sure the pumps are running. That’s about all there is to it.
