We operate from the first floor of the Kati Complex, right at Karbari Circle in Kasba Baramati. It is a decent spot to be in because it’s quite central, so we see a lot of what’s happening in the town. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and computers where we do our daily work. We handle various business solutions, which basically means we spend our time solving problems and managing data for other people. It’s a lot of technical stuff that might seem boring to some, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where we end up talking about things that aren't work-related. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or anything like that unless there is a very important meeting. Sometimes the office gets a bit stuffy in the summer heat, but we just open the windows and keep going. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, just a small group trying to do a good job for the local businesses here in Baramati. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and head home when the day is over. It’s a simple way of doing things.
