Pure Aqua Solutions

We run Pure Aqua Solutions out of Office No. 2 in the Shanti Smruti building. Our whole day revolves around water – specifically making sure people have clean stuff to drink in their homes. We sell and service water purifiers and filtration systems. Most of our time is actually spent out on the road, visiting customers to change filters or fix leaks. When we are in the office, it’s usually to handle calls or organize the spare parts we keep in stock on the shelves. It’s a small, practical office without any bells or whistles. We’ve got a few technicians who know their way around all kinds of pipes, filters, and valves. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important for the families we serve around here. We see a lot of dirty filters and clogged systems, so we know exactly how bad the water can get if it isn't treated. People in the building know us well. We don't do much advertising; most of our work comes from someone telling their neighbor about us. We try to be honest about what needs fixing and what doesn't. Sometimes a machine is just too old and we have to tell the customer the truth about it. We’ve been at Shanti Smruti for a while now and we plan to stay. It’s a good spot for us to reach all the local houses and provide the maintenance they need.
