Welcome Real Estate

Our place is at G-1 in the Viola Society. It’s located at Sr No 118-3 to 5 on the Warje Service Road, which is part of the 1st Stage in Phase VI. It sounds like a complicated address, but once you get here, it’s a nice little corner. Being in a residential society like Viola makes the office feel a bit more like a home. Welcome Real Estate has been here for a while now. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a small area where we can sit and talk with visitors. It’s usually pretty quiet except for the sound of cars on the service road. We spend a lot of our time going through local listings and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of reading and typing, really. We don't have any big flashy signs outside, just a small one so people know they’re at the right door. The office is a bit messy with stacks of paper and empty tea cups, but that’s just how we work. We know the Warje area like the back of our hand because we’re out in it every day. It’s a comfortable spot to work from, even if the air conditioner is a bit loud when it kicks in. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing for years.
