Our office is based in Sadashiv Peth at a place called Swamipuram. We’re in office numbers 102 and 103 on the 2160/B block. Sadashiv Peth is a very traditional area and we’ve been working out of here for a bit now as Walsis Realty Llp. We handle real estate inquiries for the local area. It is a small team and we don’t have any fancy corporate offices or anything like that. We just have our desks and our computers and a lot of paper. People come in to ask about rent or if any shops are for sale nearby. We don’t do any high-pressure sales stuff. We just show you what we have on the list and tell you the price. If it works for you, that’s great. If not, we keep looking. The office can get a bit loud because of the street traffic outside, but we don’t mind. We know the local streets and the buildings around here very well. It’s just a regular job for us. We show up in the morning, answer the phones, and head out to show properties when we need to. There are no big missions or anything, just helping people find a space that fits. If you’re in the neighborhood and need some help with real estate, you can find us near the main road. We’re just regular folks trying to make the process a little easier for everyone.
