You can find Wagh Estate Agency at Shop Number 2 in the MHB Society. We are right there in Hare Krishna Nagar, on Jawahar Road. If you know where Kailash Sweet Mart is, we are just a short walk from there. Yerwada is a busy place, and our little shop stays pretty active with people coming in. We help people find places to live or set up their own small shops. My brother and I have been running this for a while. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day and helping folks out. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions or talk about the market. We know the landlords and the tenants around Jawahar Road quite well. It’s a small space, but it works for what we do. Dealing with estates means a lot of talking and a lot of forms. We try to make it as easy as possible for everyone. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes there are delays with the paperwork, but we stay on top of it. We like being part of the community here in Yerwada. If you’re getting sweets at the mart, you can easily find us. We don't put on any acts; we're just here to work and help people find a spot they can afford and like. It’s a simple living and we’ve been doing it this way for years without much changing.
