W-REALTY ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in TechParkOne over on Airport Road in Yerwada. Our office is in Tower E. Being near the airport means it’s always busy around here. W-REALTY ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED is basically a group of us working out of this space in Pune. It’s a modern building, but inside our office, it’s just desks and computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone. Yerwada is a familiar part of the city for us. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all the survey numbers like S. No. 191A/2A/1/2 and CTS No.2175, but once you find TechParkOne, you’re basically there. We’ve been here for a bit now. It gets crowded during the commute hours because of all the tech parks nearby. We aren't doing anything flashy. Just handling the real estate tasks that come our way. Sometimes the traffic on Airport Road makes us run a little late, but that's just how Pune is. We handle various property matters from this room. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. We just focus on what needs to be finished by the end of the day. It’s a decent place to work and we know the local area quite well by now. We usually just stick to our own tasks and keep the coffee pot full to get through the afternoon.
