W Poets

We started W Poets a few years back. The office is over on Kim Mandvi Road, specifically at 3B in the Model Colony area. It is not a huge place, just enough room for the few of us to get our work done. Most days start with someone bringing in chai and we just sit down to look at what needs finishing. We do not really do the fancy corporate thing with the big meetings. If something needs to happen, we just talk it over. The neighborhood here is pretty quiet, which helps when you are trying to concentrate on writing or planning. It is funny how the day goes by so fast when you are busy. We have had some people ask why we chose this spot, but it just felt right. No big commute for most of the team, and there are some decent places to eat nearby. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work and go home to our families. Some days are stressful when deadlines pile up, but that is just how it goes in any office. We have got a few desks and some old chairs that probably need replacing soon. It is a simple setup. If you walk past Model Colony, you might see us. We are just regular folks doing our bit every day without making too much of a fuss about it.
