Brandyug Creative

Being out here near the Mumbai Bangalore Highway in Katraj means we see a lot of trucks passing by all the time. Brandyug Creative is tucked away in room C-602. It’s high enough that you get a decent view of the hills, especially when it rains. The highway noise is just a constant hum in the background that you eventually stop noticing after a few weeks. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here if you’re coming from the city center, but I like being away from the main congestion. The office has some old couches that have seen better days and a big table where we usually eat lunch together. We don't really have a reception desk or a person waiting to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We spend a lot of time sitting in front of screens, so we try to get up and walk around the building every now and then. Katraj has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up. Finding a parking spot near our block can be a bit of a headache on Mondays. We have a small kettle for making coffee, which we do way too often. It’s a practical space for us to sit and get our projects finished without too much fuss or distraction. I sometimes stay until it gets dark and the highway lights all come on at once.
