Balaji United Creative Management

We’re set up on the 3rd Line in Rajarampuri. It’s a decent enough spot for the work we do. Balaji United is basically a group of us handling creative management tasks. It sounds a bit more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just coordinate projects and try to keep everything on schedule for the people we work with. The office is usually a mix of papers, computers, and people talking on the phone. It’s not always the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Rajarampuri is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something happening outside our window. We don’t really go in for big presentations about what we do. We just take on the management side of things so others don't have to worry about it. Some days are spent just chasing up people or making sure a plan is actually being followed. It can be a bit of a juggle, especially when multiple things are happening at once. We’ve been here a while and have a routine that works for us. It’s a small team, and we all know our roles. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for us and our clients. We just keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
