Vision Estate Agency is located at 602/B/1 on Bibwewadi Telco Road. We are in the Basil Home building, which sits right behind Mahesh Sanskrutik Bhavan. It’s a decent-sized office where we handle all kinds of real estate stuff for the Bibwewadi area. We’ve been around here for some time now, so we’ve seen how the neighborhood has changed. Most of our work involves keeping track of who is selling or renting and showing those places to people who are interested. It’s not always exciting work, as there’s a lot of waiting around for people to show up for appointments. The office is usually quiet unless we have a few clients in at once. We have some files and maps of the area to help us explain where things are. Being behind the Sanskrutik Bhavan makes us easy to find, which is good for people who aren't familiar with the side roads. We deal with a lot of local residents and sometimes people moving in from other parts of the city. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sell people things they don't want. We just show the properties as they are and let the people decide if it fits their life and their budget. It’s about making the process a bit easier for everyone involved. We spend our afternoons updating our lists and making sure the keys are all tagged correctly for the next day's visits.
