We are located at Shinde Wasti in the Keshav Nagar area of Mundwa. The address is Sr. No. 38, Ward No. 1, and the place is associated with Dashrath Baburao Engle. Mundwa is one of those areas in Pune that is caught between being old-fashioned and developing really fast. There is a lot of construction and dust around here most of the time. Our office is more of a practical site than a corporate showroom. We don't have polished floors or glass partitions. It’s a very local atmosphere. Most of the people around here know the Shinde Wasti landmark. We spend our days managing the Vishay India operations from this corner of Mundwa. It’s not always easy to navigate the narrow roads, especially when it rains and the mud gets everywhere. But we’ve been here long enough to know the shortcuts. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just handle parts and talk to our suppliers. There’s no big mission statement or corporate vision board in our office. We just work hard and try to stay on top of the orders. The team is small and everyone chips in. It’s a bit of a gritty area, but it’s where we belong. We like the fact that it feels like a real neighborhood rather than a sterile business park. That’s our daily life here in Mundwa.
