We are based in the Kailash Industrial Complex, specifically in unit G-304. Park Site is a very busy area with a lot of small industries, workshops, and delivery trucks. Our space is basically a working workshop where we handle all the electrical and technical stuff that comes in. It's quite noisy around here with all the other units in the building working at the same time, but we’ve grown used to it. The complex is huge and can be a bit confusing, so it usually takes a bit of walking around to find us. We’ve been here at Electro Tech India for a good number of years now. We don't have a showroom or anything fancy to look at. It’s just tools, spare parts, and workbenches. We spend most of our time fixing things or putting different components together for our clients. The light in the workshop isn't always the best, but we have our own lamps for the detail work. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense place. We don’t spend any money on decor or nice furniture because it’s an industrial unit and things get greasy. Most of our business comes from other companies in the area or people who’ve known our work for a long time. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, but the old fans keep us going. We’re just a bunch of technicians doing our daily job. We aren't interested in being a big corporation. We just want to make sure the equipment we work on actually functions like it should.
