The place where we work is A-48 in Vishwas Garden. That’s in Anand Nagar, right off Suncity Road on Sinhagad Road in Pune. It’s a busy part of the city, but our spot in the garden area is a bit more set back. Vishay Components India Pvt Ltd is where we spend our working hours. It's a decent-sized place for what we do. We handle various components and keep things organized. The traffic on Sinhagad Road can be a lot sometimes, but once you get into Vishwas Garden, it's alright. We aren't some big fancy corporation with a hundred floors. We just have this one spot where we do our daily work. The staff here is mostly local, and we've been around for a good bit of time. We don't use any big words to describe what we do; we just handle the parts and the orders as they come in. It’s a lot of routine, but we don’t mind. People know us in Anand Nagar as the component folks. We just try to keep things moving and stay busy. We have a few desks and some shelves for the inventory. It is not much, but it is enough for our team to get through the daily tasks without any fuss. The building is older, but it stays cool enough in the summer if we keep the windows open. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is close by.
