You can find us at number 1 on Chinchwad Kg Road, specifically in the Ashish building. We are right opposite Laxmi Heights, which is a pretty big landmark around here, so most people don't have a hard time spotting the office. The road outside is usually quite busy with commuters and local shoppers moving back and forth. Our office is a small, ground-floor space where we keep all the property records and files. It’s not a very big room, so it can feel a bit crowded when we have more than two or three visitors at once. We have a few old wooden chairs and a desk that’s been with us since we started. The walls have a few maps of the local Chinchwad area pinned up so we can show people where different plots and flats are located. There’s a small window that looks out onto the street, and we often see the same people walking by every day. It’s a very local feel here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just chatting with neighbors who stop by to ask about prices in the area. We don't really go for any modern office designs or anything like that. It is just a place to sit, drink some chai, and talk about real estate. The fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but nobody really minds it much. It’s just how things are in our little corner near Laxmi Heights.
