You’ll find our little office at 3/D in the Jagdish Nagari Cooperative Housing Society, which is over in the Aundh Versova area. We are located near Kasturva Vasahat, a spot that’s easy to find if you’re local to this part of the city. We’ve been operating out of this housing society for some time now. It’s a quiet place for the most part, which is nice when you’re trying to get through a stack of property documents. Most of what we do at Viomal Estate involves helping people find homes or manage the ones they already have. We aren't a big agency with a hundred agents; it’s just a small group of us who know these streets really well. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and keeping an eye on which flats are coming up for rent or sale. Aundh has a lot of different pockets, and Jagdish Nagari is a comfortable place to be based. The office is just a regular room with some filing cabinets and a computer. We don't use a lot of fancy words or big promises. We just tell people what’s available and what the rent might be. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we’re out showing a place, so it’s usually best to call before stopping by to see us.
