We are located in the Palladium building on Mangaldas Road here in Pune. It’s a busy spot but we’ve been here for a good while now. Our office is at SN 468 C and it’s where we handle all the day-to-day property stuff for Vinod Makhija Realty Llp. We aren’t a big fancy firm with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us doing the work. People stop by to ask about apartments or land nearby. We don’t really do any big ads or anything like that. We just talk to people and see if we can help them find what they are looking for. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the maps and files, but we know where everything is. Mangaldas Road is pretty easy to find if you’re coming from the city center. We know the neighborhoods around here quite well. If you need to sell something or just want to see what is on the market, you can just walk in. We don’t have any polished sales scripts. We just tell it like it is. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and wait for the phone, other days it’s non-stop. That is just how the real estate business is in this part of town. We just keep at it and try to be useful to anyone who comes through the door. It’s a simple living for us.
