You can find us over at CTS No. 210, specifically in the Evora building, Flat 402 of Fortleza in Kalyani Nagar. It’s a decent spot in Pune City, Maharashtra. Viman Bluechip Realty Llp is the name we’ve got on the door. Kalyani Nagar is a bit more relaxed than the city center, but it still gets its fair share of noise. Our office is on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The building, Fortleza, is pretty well known around this part of town. Inside, the office is just a bunch of desks and some filing cabinets filled with property documents. We aren't really into the whole corporate lifestyle; we just come in, do the work, and go home. There is always a lot of talk about plots and flats going on. The Pune 411014 area is always changing, with new stuff being built all the time. We try to keep track of it all without getting too overwhelmed. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs if we are in a hurry. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation here. We handle the usual real estate stuff that comes across our desks in Maharashtra. Nothing too complicated, just honest work. The tea breaks are the best part of the afternoon for us.
